Clear expectations for using ContractAhead.

The service

ContractAhead provides research reports derived from public records. Reports are informational sales intelligence, not legal or procurement advice, and do not guarantee that a solicitation is open, complete, current, or that you will receive an award. Verify each official source before acting.

Single reports and subscriptions

A single-report purchase provides one report with a maximum 25-mile radius, does not renew, and remains available for 30 days after purchase. A report credit is not consumed when the result fails ContractAhead’s current-intelligence quality threshold. Subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed interval until canceled; allowances reset each billing period and unused reports do not roll over. You authorize Stripe to charge the disclosed amount.

Cancellation and account closure

You may cancel subscription renewal at any time. Subscription access remains available through the paid period. Single-report access ends after 30 days. Reports and account data are deleted when paid access ends. Closing your account ends access and deletes account data immediately. These deletion actions cannot be reversed.

Refunds

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If a paid report is materially defective because of a ContractAhead service error, contact support within seven days of delivery. We will repair or replace the report, restore the applicable credit or allowance, or refund that report when repair is not reasonable.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, overload systems, resell account access, or use report data unlawfully. Verify official sources before acting on a report.
