What we collect
We collect account and contact information, subscription and transaction references, the territories and services you submit, generated reports, and basic security and usage logs.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, create and deliver reports, administer billing, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve reliability. Location inputs are sent to the U.S. Census Bureau TIGERweb service or Zippopotam to resolve U.S. cities, counties, and ZIP codes. Search queries and official-source URLs are sent to Jina AI to discover and read public procurement material.
Optional analytics
If you select “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics measures page visits and signup interest. Advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google signals are disabled. The analytics tag is not loaded when you decline. Your preference is stored in your browser and can be cleared by removing site data.
Payment and identity providers
Amazon Cognito processes authentication. Stripe processes payment details. ContractAhead does not store complete card numbers.
Retention and deletion
We retain reports and account data only while you pay for the service. If you cancel, access and storage continue through the paid period and are deleted when that period ends. If you explicitly close your account, reports and account data are deleted immediately, except limited records we must retain for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.
Your choices
You may access your reports, update sign-in information, manage billing, cancel renewal, or close your account from the customer dashboard. Questions may be sent to AWS@contractahead.com.
